It is a new promotional offer launched by Dish Home for customers who have more than one TV in their house. Dish Home has provided subsidy on the cost of STB as well as monthly recharge for customers who need Multi TV connection.  

 

 

Information (General FAQ) on 2TV and 3TV

What Packages and Promotion can I get in Master/Slave (M/S) connection offer (or 2 TV and 3 TV offer).?

Currently we are offering package with 70 channels on each connection under specific Dish Home Promotion,Deluxe and Slave Package (2 TV and 3 TV package).

1.      I already have DTH connection can I add another connection as per this offer?

Yes, you can add another connection up to 2 more connection as per your need by making current connection as Main Connection (Master Connection) and additional one as (2TV and 3TV or Sub Accounts.).

However your previous connection has to be on Dish Home Promotion and Deluxe package before request for this offer by following our package change procedure as per requirement.

 Is Master/Slave offer is possible on combination of Arion, Indieon and SMT boxes?

Yes you can enjoy this offer irrespective to STB types of Dish Home.

 If I already have 2 or 3 connections can I change those boxes into this offer?

No, we currently don’t allow those boxes to change into this offer however you can add another new connection on any one of boxes as per your need.

1.       What is the procedure of Recharge on M/S connection?

Sufficient amount can be recharged on main connection box (Master box). There is no need of recharging other boxes added on it.

1.       What happens when recharge is done in Slave boxes?

The recharge will not be successful with response string “Invalid Account No.”
